Twins Women's Skills Camp

In summer 2019, the Flims bike trails will once again be in the hands of women for two weekends. The twins Anita and Carolin Gehrig call for the 'Twins Women's Bike Camp presented by Norco Bicycles' in Flims. The participants experience two relaxed and instructive days with like-minded mountain bikers. The focus is on fun and there are helpful riding technique tips from professionals to gain more self-confidence and safety on the bike. The evenings are rounded off by a delicious BBQ and cosy music in the lounge of the Legna Bar in Flims. The Twins Women's Skills Camp is an event that has already led to many friendships on and off the trail.

In the Women's Skills Camp from 22 June to 23 June 2019, the driving technique will be refined in workshops. From beginner to advanced level, this camp is open for all biking ladies. The Gehrig Twins, together with an experienced team, are available as riding technique coaches.

The Twins - Anita and Carolin Gehrig

The two locals from Flims have been biking since they were 19 years old. Both were enthusiastic about the speed and riding technique that this sport demands of them from the very beginning. So they quickly started to become active in racing, where they are constantly improving. Their dream of professional enduro racing came true, not at least because they are constantly motivating each other. In 2017 Anita was fourth and Carolin fifth in the overall standings of the Enduro World Series.

It is important to both of them to get more women interested in biking - they have been doing this for 5 years with the Twins Women's Bike Camp.
